The second edition of Move! Sustainable Fashion Summit was attended by 300 participants
Move! Sustainable Fashion Summit is a business day focused on the sustainable transformation of the fashion business.
The forum, organized within the framework of the Move! Moda en Movimiento platform, brought together 300 executives from leading national and international companies and organizations in the sector. The event addressed issues such as financing, scalability and legislation.
Executives from national fashion companies such as Mango, Tendam, Awwg, Desigual, Ternua or Textil Santanderina, international companies such as H&M, Decathlon, JD Sports, entities such as Policy Hub, Ecoembes or Arcano or multinationals from other sectors such as Basf were part of the panel of an event focused on fashion and sustainability from a business point of view.
They were joined by participants from Manteco, Materra, The Post Fiber, Seaqual and Arcano, as well as the publicist Toni Segarra, co-founder of Alegre Roca, in addition to several experts from EY, promoter of the event organized by Move! and with the support of the Madrid City Council.
Challenges, difficulties, problems, solutions and, above all, ways to advance in the sustainable transformation of the sector were the common thread of the day, which focused on the impact of European legislation that, in the coming years, will irrevocably mark the course of the sector.
