Villanueva University puts the finishing touch to the ERASMUS project at the Museo del Traje to present the conference SLOW FASHION. FAST CHANGE. The European Project Sustainable Fashion Employability Skills (SFES) is formed by students and professors from European universities, who together with companies in the fashion industry, work on skills and competencies in a transversal way to help improve the employability of students in the field of sustainable fashion.
On Friday, June 23, 2023, experts in sustainable design will present the results of the European Sustainable Fashion Employability Skills (SFES) project on Employability and Sustainability in the fashion sector.

The event will start at 09:30h and after a brief welcome, the first presentation will be given by Federico Sáinz de Robles (CEO of Sepiia). Then there will be a round table moderated by Paloma Diaz Soloaga, professor at the Complutense University of Madrid, on ‘Employability for sustainability in the fashion industry’. It will be attended by: Ignacio Sierra (CEO Tendam), Carol Blázquez (Director Innovation and Sustainability Ecoalf), Carmen Silla (Marketing Director Jeanología) and Mark Hogarth (Creative Director Harris Tweed Hebrides).
As a final touch, attendees will be able to enjoy the sensory performance offered by the firm Oteyza and a cocktail in the gardens of the Museo del Traje.
