La moda en la Casa de Alba

Held at the Thyssen Museum in 2019, the exhibition ‘Balenciaga y la pintura española’ (Balenciaga and Spanish painting) brought us closer to the close ties between the Casa de Alba and fashion, and from 19 October this relationship can be explored in greater depth in the exhibition held at the Palacio de Liria entitled ‘La moda en la Casa de Alba’ (Fashion in the House of Alba).

The designer Lorenzo Caprile and Eloy Martínez de la Pera are the curators of this exhibition, which can be visited until 31 March, and which shows the relationship between the House of Alba as clients and patrons of the fashion industry.
