Madrid continues to be at the forefront of the Spanish cocktail bar, a trend that for some years has not been growing in our country. Many establishments and the professionals who are part of them, have been training for a long time to prepare authentic delicacies, subtle and delicate, that go far beyond traditional alcoholic beverages.
From July 2 to 11, one of the most important cocktail events on the international scene lands in Madrid: World Class Cocktail Festival Madrid. The platform that gives it its name, World Class not only wants to promote the responsible consumption of alcohol, but also to support the hospitality sector, proposing an irresistible initiative for the general public, whose ultimate goal is to promote local establishments after such a tough stage for the world of leisure due to the circumstances arising from the health crisis.
World Class Cocktail Festival Madrid presents a series of activities that pave the way for Madrid as the new Ibero-American Capital of Gastronomy 2021-2022.
To enjoy it to the fullest, different experiences will be offered in the different places, whether it be a workshop to learn how to prepare the best Margaritas, a guest bartending of the best bartender in the world 2013, David Río, master tastings with Lorena Vásquez, Ron Zacapa’s rum master, or even musical performances with artists such as Luceral, DJ Barce or Alexander Som. In terms of locations, spaces such as Nubel, Ramses, Soy Kitchen, Hotel Hyatt or Santos and Desamparados, among others, open their doors to the cocktail festival protagonist of the month of July.
