What do we know about the 73rd edition of MBFW Madrid?

Once again, Madrid will once again become the capital of international fashion, because one of the most anticipated events returns: Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid will return from April 8 to 11.

IFEMA is once again organizing the MBFW Madrid, which this spring will celebrate its 73rd edition and will do so again as in its September edition, with a hybrid format, that is, there will be face-to-face shows at the IFEMA venue or at one of the most popular  Madrids locations, and others that will be broadcast digitally, due to the health situation.

The last September edition was a success and fashion was enjoyed thanks to the enormous talent of the designers who presented their collections, always following the sanitary protocol.

 

During the last Madrid Fashion Week, we could see proposals that we fell in love with, such as the southern airs and its gardens presented by Isabel Sanchís, Peter Sposito, or Pertegaz, while Ángel Schlesser,  the brand that was decorated with the L award ‘Oreal Paris for the best collection, Paloma Súarez and Marcos Luengo were inspired by the Hollywood glamor of the 70s with shiny and flowing fabrics.

In addition, during the last edition of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid, Madrid Capital de Moda once again brought fashion to the street by celebrating some of the shows in emblematic points of the city such as the Nave Intermediae del Matadero, in which the designer Pilar Dalbat celebrated his 20 years in fashion.

Madrid Capital de Moda also brought fashion closer to the general public through its website, which became a window open to everything that happened, not only during the catwalk, but also during the Madrid Es Moda festival, broadcasting live streaming the IFEMA fashion shows and the presentations of the collections that the designers made for the fashion festival created by ACME.
