Los Paseantes en Serrería Belga

Located in the Barrio de Las Letras, specifically at Calle de la Alameda 15, Serrería Belga is a cultural space managed by the Department of Culture, Tourism and Sport of the Madrid City Council.

In addition to having hosted numerous editions of Madrid es Moda (an initiative created by ACME and supported by the Madrid City Council through the Madrid Capital de Moda project), Serrería Belga is also the venue for the Madrid Fashion Week. Serrería Belga hosts numerous exhibitions and presentations throughout the year.

This 2024, Serrería Belga invites the public to discover the city from different perspectives with its proposal ‘Los Paseantes’, which proposes 8 cultural routes to be done online and in person.

The main objective is to show the cultural and historical richness of Madrid through different stories of different themes such as the first itinerary called Un amor de libro, which proposes a walk along the Cuesta de Moyano or El Retiro Park.

The 8 routes belonging to the project follow the same common thread: Madrid and Love, connecting the city with disciplines such as art, music and literature, disciplines that form part of the DNA of the Serrería Belga Space itself. To access the different itineraries, users can do so by scanning the QR code that can be found on the Serrería Belga website.

Different artists and experts have participated in this project, weaving an exciting story about the city of Madrid itself.
