For yet another year, Lavapiés has become a key point on Madrid’s gastronomic map thanks to a long-awaited return: Tapapiés is back!
From 19 to 29 October, in this new edition, all those who come to the streets of this traditional neighbourhood will be able to travel around the world in tasty bites, because its organisers want to share with the public the tapas of more than 100 bars and restaurants in the Madrid neighbourhood.

A PROGRAMME FULL OF MUSIC & FLAVOUR
This 2023, Tapapiés brings a novelty with respect to its previous editions, as popular free concerts will be offered in the street to enjoy different world music proposals. There will also be parades and children’s entertainment.
In addition, the Municipal Markets of Madrid will also be protagonists because in this delicious route through the traditional neighbourhood tasting delicious tapas also passes through the markets of San Fernando and Antón Martín.
Over 11 days, visitors and residents alike will be able to sample delicious tapas with exclusive flavours, thanks to this event organised by EnLavapiés, the Neighbourhood Traders’ Association, and sponsored by El Águila.
Remember that, as in every edition, the different bars and restaurants of the neighbourhood prepare with all their enthusiasm the different tapas that compete to be the most voted mouthful.
