DecorAcción celebrates its 10th Anniversary

DecorAcción celebrates its 10th Anniversary
As every year, DecorAcción returns to the city of Madrid. This 2019, its claim and transverse axis is “Authenticity”, and it will bring together interior designers and locals who will participate by showing their new creations.

The main objective of this event is to show the general public the work of Spanish professionals in the world of decoration, taking the opportunity to present young talents that are beginning to reach international projection.

It is also a great occasion to enhance this shopping area by supporting local trade and commerce.

DecorAcción is organized thanks to the collaboration of the Association of Merchants of the Barrio de las Letras, the Nuevo Estilo magazine and the Madrid City Council through its Tourism Area and the Madrid Capital de Moda project.

The iconic Barrio de las Letras hosts this special occasion one more year, and this 2019 edition will locate its main venue in the Palacio de Santoña, where several workshops, concerts and lectures will take place.

In addition to them, the streets will be another of the protagonists, since a nourished program of activities like interactions with influencers or contests will be developed along them. As always, street markets will be one of the key points of DecorAcción.
The Cervantes, San Agustín, Quevedo, San Pedro and San José streets will host the antiques market, while the pop up of crafts and decoration accessories will be found in Moratín street.

All those who want to get close to discovering them, can go from 11am to 10pm, except on Sunday, when the closing time is at 6pm.

Visitors will also be able to enjoy more than 30 installations that both interior designers and design professionals will create and place on both the different facades and the storefronts of the neighborhood stores.

You have from Thursday the 13th of June until Sunday the 16th of June to go through the Barrio de las Letras and enjoy DecorAcción. Do not miss it!
