La Nueva Mujer

“The new woman: fashion and social change in the 20s” is an exhibition organized by the Fashion Department of the Villanueva University, which can be visited there until Friday, March 13.

In this exhibition, its creators want to propose a journey through time through a set of original pieces and reproductions from the costumes of movies and series set in an era that was a turning point for women. Thanks to the collaboration of the Tailoring Cornejo, you can enjoy about twenty dresses, which are part of the costumes of films such as “Toulousse Lautrec”, “Carmen”, “The Prince of Persia” or “Midnight in Paris”; or from series like “Downton Abbey”, “Las Chicas del Cable”, “El Tiempo entre Costuras”, “Times of War” or “Velvet”.
