For the third consecutive year, the Madrid Carnival shows its sweetest face: El Sardinero.
This year 2019, as will also happen in the coming years, thanks to the ‘Sardine Route’ in Madrid, the people from Madrid and visitors can enjoy a tour of the entire capital trying the different sweet or salty versions of the carnival sardine.
More than 60 Madrid establishments, including many Municipal Markets, will offer this delicious snack to all who want to live the spirit of Carnival differently.
