Own Degree Title of the University of Alcalá in Fashion Design.
Now you can get the Own Degree in Fashion Design and become a designer by learning with the best fashion professionals.
To access this course, it is necessary to have passed the PAU or a similar test, have the title of Formación Profesional of Grado Superior, or have a university degree. At the end of the three years, the student obtains the Own Degree Title recognized by the University of Alcalá, as well as the Diploma that IADE has been issuing for more than 50 years.
The programming is structured in three academic courses of nine months each; from October to June (both inclusive). The student has the possibility of opting between morning shifts (from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.) and afternoon shifts (from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.). In order to create morning or afternoon shifts, the enrollment of at least 15 students will be necessary for them to be an option.
The quality of the teaching, the methodology and the protagonism of the student are aspects especially important for IADE School of Design. The main objective of our teaching activity is to stimulate students in art, design and development of their aesthetic criteria when ordering and composing forms, spaces, and even concepts.
The “Own Degree in Fashion Design” studies at the University of Alcalá train design professionals by integrating technical knowledge, aesthetic sense, creativity, culture, art, technology and practical training through personalized coaching.
The training we offer at IADE also aims to facilitate the insertion and professional development of our graduates. As of the second year, students who request it and who provide a CV will have the option to do internships in companies within the sector with which IADE has signed Educational Cooperation Agreements.
Likewise, for those students who have completed their studies with us, IADE has an active and efficient job market in which the most important companies of the Fashion sector participate (designers, clothing companies, large fashion chains for women and men, brands of sportswear, fashion magazines, showrooms, etc).
