The markets of Madrid are unique places to discover authentic delicacies thanks to their wide range of quality products and fresh ingredients, but they also have something very special: the professionals who are behind each stall to advise you with the good judgment that the years give of experience through close contact.

A city begins to be known for its markets, where the local gastronomy meets the social act.

Those in Madrid go one step further to become nerve centers of multidisciplinary activity. So the first step towards Primavera Sound Madrid could only be there: during March and April the festival will organize a series of musical aperitifs in municipal markets, with free admission and surprises for attendees.

 MARCH 25TH – MERCADO DE BARCELÓ – 1PM

Spring punk-pop by the Madrid trio Las Petunias and the pop key of Indiespot DJ.

 APRIL 1ST – MERCADO DE PROSPERIDAD – 1PM

We will rehearse dance steps with Julia Amor –alter ego of the Andorran Júlia Coll– and the dj set of the Chilean producer based in Madrid Fernanda Arrau.

 APRIL 15TH – MERCADO DE LA PAZ -1PM

Radio Primavera Sound will present a live edition of the 620 BPM podcast, hosted by Ismael Silva and Daniel Galeano, followed by one of the always festive and unpredictable Umami sessions.

 APRIL 22TH – MERCADO DE VALLEHERMOSO -1PM

Post-viral house by LVL1 (artist and DJ who will also be part of the Primavera Sound Madrid 2023 line-up) and Valverdina DJ set, a solo project by María Talaverano de Cariño.
